Submission Instructions & Checklist |
When your assigned due date is near please send two copies of your completed submission in final draft form to the e-mail address listed below, and in the following format.
In the "Subject" line
of your e-mail message please include:
Encyclopedia of Water First Draft - Entry Code

In the body of your e-mail
message please include:
First Draft
Your Full Name
The title and the entry code of the submission
Please attach 2 copies of your
submission.
1 copy in the processing program that you used to write your document and
one in text (.txt) format.
Please send your submission by
e-mail to Editor@WileyWater.com.
Please read below for more information.
Your submission will be
reviewed by the Encyclopedia of Water editors within 15 days after your submission is
received.
In the event that any changes are necessary the editors will contact you via e-mail
requesting the changes.
When your revised submission is completed, please send two copies of your submission to the e-mail address listed below, and in the following format.

Your Full Name
The title and the entry code of the submission
Please attach 2 copies of your
submission.

submission by e-mail to Editor@WileyWater.com.

Your first draft and
revised submissions will be reviewed by the Encyclopedia of Water editors within 15 days
after your submission is received.
If no changes are needed the editors of the Encyclopedia of Water will contact you
via e-mail to give you the following instructions on submitting your reviewed and accepted
entry.
If your entry has not yet been reviewed please read the instructions above on how to submit your first draft.

Submission Instructions
Please send your printed documents and
disks in a large cardboard envelope so that the pages are not bent and the disks will not
be damaged.
Submission Checklist
2 printed copies of your submission.
Please be sure that your pages are numbered and please do not bind your printed
copies or bend them.
Please be sure your name and Entry Code is listed at the top of each page.
1 floppy disk containing 2 copies of your
submission.
Please save one of the copies in text format (.txt) just in case the
editor cannot read your word processing program. Please do not insert images into
your actual submission. Instead please write [IMAGE NUMBER 1] where the image should
be.
Please label the outside of the disk as shown below:

1 floppy disk (or two if needed) containing the
images referenced in your submission.
Please name the images as they are named as referenced to in your document
(i.e. IMAGE NUMBER 1).

1 list of keywords related to your submission
saved to disk in text format.
Please list 3 to 15 keywords that will be used to index your submission by
topic. At the top of your keyword list please include your name and the entry code
of your entry.
